I like the concept of a real or virtual support person that helps me on the path to understand and get support. I was glad to see MyYP.com and their usage of a recorded support person named Jeannie and how they use her to make life easier for their customers.

It would be interesting to see if the banking industry picks up on this to guide people through difficult processes.
